Established in 2013, Modern Pantry have been taking their unique cooking workshops all over Cairns providing fun and educational kids cooking classes. And now it’s time for the adults to join in the fun!

Cooking doesn’t have to be a chore. Yes, it can just be a means to an end some days, but that doesn’t mean we have to eat boring food! My beloved Mother used to say, “I would rather go hungry than eat boring food” and I agree 100%.

Learning some basic skills and techniques can be the key to opening up a whole new world of flavour. While I aim for a ‘fuss-free’ style of cooking, I do believe to get optimal flavour into a dish you need a pinch of skill and a whole lot of love.
