300g pitted fresh Cherrys
1 Tsp butter, room temperature
1 bottle pancake mixture
Icing sugar, for dusting


Pre heat oven to 180 degrees. Grease round baking dish with butter. Place cherrys evenly throughout the dish. Meanwhile make the pancake mixture as per packet instructions and pour over cherrys.

Cook for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool for 10 minutes before dusting with icing suagr.
