1 tin chick peas, drained

1 tin diced tomato

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tbls tomato paste

1 Tsp garlic and herb salt

Salt and Pepper


In a medium saucepan bring tomatoes and garlic to a simmer for 5 minutes. Add chick peas, salt & pepper, garlic salt and tomato paste and simmer for a further 5-8 mins until slightly thickened.
