Over the course of our 2-day workshops we will create dishes using some of Cairns and FNQ’s fresh and vibrant produce. In these workshops we will cook:
- Citrus Prawn Skewers
- Warm Rainbow Chicken Salad
- Coconut Cake with Fruit Crumble
- Hawaiian Chicken Burger
- Smoked Ham and Pineapple Kebabs
- Mango and Coconut Cupcakes
These workshops are designed for children aged 6+ y.o. While we do provide full supervision throughout the workshops, you are welcome to stay for the duration of the class.
Spaces are limited so bookings are essential. If you or your child have been or are unwell, please notify us immediately so we can make alternate arrangements.
